Outside Catering
For weddings, birthdays, retirement parties, funerals and for any other celebration large or small.
We can adjust what we offer to match the size of your function.
We include the necessary accompaniments required.
Traditional Hog Roast
We do the traditional Hog Roast. The pig is cooked in its entirety on a spit over charcoal. This takes six to eight hours to cook.
If a whole pig is too much, we can reduce this down to large shoulder and loin joints cooked in the same way.
Beef
The beef is also cooked over charcoal. The joints are sirloin and are adjusted to the requirements of your function. This meat takes three to four hours to cook.
The Roasts can be mixed to have a mixture of Pork and Beef.
Lamb
Lamb can be cooked in a similar way.
Chicken
Chicken roasts marinated and cooked for two to three hours are then cut into quarters for serving.
